Ghostmaker Intensification Block Week 6
Since our deload week is over we’re going to start increasing our intensity back up, with that it reduces our total volume (only slightly for now). We should have comfortably build a foundation for our aerobic base so we’re going to start shifting towards a 5k race specific intensity training block.
March 9 - 15
Monday: Strength & Threshold Conditioning
Tuesday: Recovery Work
Wednesday: Lower Body Strength & Intervals
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: Strength & METCON
Saturday: Long Aerobic Base
Sunday: Rest & Reflection
