10 Jumping Lunges

Movement Prep: 2 Rounds: 5 Burpees + 5 Thrusters

15 Thrusters (95/65)
12 Pull Ups
9 Burpee over Bar
:30 rest between rounds

Cool Down:
400 Meter Recovery Walk
2-3 Rounds
Seated Forward Fold - 1:00
Seated Hamstring Stretch - 1:00 per side
Banded Lat Stretch - 1:00 per side
