Active Recovery Circuit; 2-3 Rounds
10 Min Steady Cardio Machine
5/5 Cossack Squats
20 - Banded Pull Aparts
:30s - Side Planks
10 - DB Goblet Squats
20 - DB Glute Bridge Marches
(Focus on smooth and controlled movement while breathing through the nose only)

Cool Down:
Pigeon Pose - 1:00 per side
Seated Forward Fold - 1:00
Thread the Needle Stretch - :30s per side
