Training Session Focus: Arms, Arms, ARMS. A lot of arm work as well as some core work with a spicy finisher at the end of the session.

Warm Up:
2 Rounds
10 Banded Curls
10 Banded Triceps Kickbacks
15 Hollow Rocks
10 Bird Dogs
:30s Jump Rope

Main Workout:
Superset x 3 w/ :60s rest b/t sets
12 - Barbell Curls
15 - Overhead Rope Triceps Extension
20 - Leg Raises

Superset x 3 w/ :60s rest b/t sets
12 - Incline DB Curls
15 - Bench Dips
20 - Weighted Sit Ups

Finisher:
EMOM6
1: 12 DB Curls + 12 Triceps Kick Back
2: :40s Hollow Hold

Cool Down:
1-2 Rounds
Standing Biceps Stretch - :30s per side
Overhead Triceps Stretch - :30s per side
Supine Twist - :30s per side
