10 Barbell Floor Presses
10 Barbell Bench Presses (slow)

Work:
1: Barbell Bench Press - 4x5@75%
2: Feet Up Bench Press - 3x8@60%

Accessories:
1: DB Incline Press - 3x10
2: Chest Supported Rows - 2x12
3: Rear Delt Raises - 3x15
4: Decline Sit Ups - 3x12

Cool Down:
Shoulder Wall Slides - 10 reps
Door Way Stretches - 1:00 per side
