February 2-8
Today starts a new training cycle that’s designed to transition from our Functional Body Building Cycle to the First Phase of this cycle:
What we’ll be doing in Phase 1
1: Strength rebuilding with higher intensity and volume
2: Hypertrophy support for joint health and balance
3: Zone 2 Aerobic Base Building
4: Circuits
Each Phase is going to be 8 Weeks in length and are to build upon each other, there will be five total phases.
