Ghostmaker Foundation Block - Week 2
February 9-15
Continued strength progressions, power development, and work capacity through various time and functional domains.
Week 2 continues to reinforce the foundational compound lifts while introducing new accessory work to compliment and maintain a healthy balance. We are also expanding our work capacity capability to improve our efficency to do work while under fatigue. The goal is to improve our strength metrics, force production, and sustainability of high work output.
Monday: Lower compound movements & Accessory work
Tuesday: Upper Body Strength Volume
Wednesday: Power Development & Conditioning
Thursday: Recovery Work
Friday: Power Development
Saturday: METCON and Aerobic Work
Sunday: Rest Day & Reflection
