Ghostmaker Foundation Block Week 3

On week 3 we’re increasing our intesity by 2-5%. Finally introducing some unilateral loading to compliment all the previous work completed. As well as more positional strengthening exercises and of course aerobic & anaerobic conditioning.

February 16 - 22

Monday: Lower Body Strength & Aerobic Conditioning
Tuesday: Upper Body Strength Muscular Endurance
Wednesday: Power Development & Anaerobic Conditioning
Thursday: Recovery Work
Friday: Power Development & Accessories
Saturday: METCON “Iron Resolve” & Aerobic Conditioning
Sunday: Rest & Reflection
