Work:
1: Barbell Deadlift - 4x4@75%
2: Snatch Grip Deadlift - 3x3@70%

Accessories:
1: Banded RDLs - 3x12 (weighted or unweighted)
2: Weighted Hip Thrusts - 3x15
3: Heavy Farmers Carries - 3x50m
4: Hanging Knee Raises - 3x12

Cool Down:
Supine Hamstring Stretch - 1:00 per side
Cobra Stretch - :30s per side
Childs Pose - 1:00
